We currently have a service engineer in these regions for installation, training and servicing during the vintage. We are running trial site in Washington and NSW, Australia. If we are not in your region, reach out. We have locked down our service regions for 2020 northern hemisphere harvest but are organising additional Northern Hemisphere sites.
If you want immediate cost savings through automation and waste reduction you will need to have a minimum of 200 tanks or be sampling your fermentation tanks at twice or more a day. We aim to save wineries about $200.00 per tank in labour savings and waste reduction each vintage.
We have only seen one winery globally that has 400 tanks that we don't generate immediate savings for. If you have 400 tanks and you are doing single sample runs we will likely save you $550.00 per tank per vintage. Below is a breakdown of our labour Savings and waste reduction.
We have three wineries that use our technology that have less than 200 tanks, the smallest has 75 tanks. For these winemakers they use Winely for the additional value of real-time data so that they can monitor and track attributes such as free and bound sulfur, and managing flavour profile structure (We will have some resource on this in 2021).
